If any customer missed any settlement from GoCardless during this incident (between 17:04 UTC, on December 17th, and 12:00 UTC, on December 19th) please run a resync, to download the missing transactions.

Update
We have identified an issue in the UK preventing customers from downloading settlements with GoCardless in Sage 50 Accounts. Customers are presented with an error message: "Direct Debit Manager cannot process Retrieve mandates".
We are investigating the cause and full extent of the customer impact.
